Our program stresses the importance of the state tested nurse aide to provide basic health care.  It also speaks to the need to care for oneself and fosters the development of professionalism.

During this time, you will likely learn the basic home health care techniques like first aid training, basic medical care, CPR, how to handle wounds, safety skills, and emergency response skills. Our home health care training includes various components, such as written tests, hands-on tests, and training lessons.

You must pass every part of the home health care training to get your certification. Once you have your certification, you can start working full-time or part-time as a home health aide (HHA).
